🎓 My journey into the world of Canadian immigration began as a High Honors Graduate of Seneca College’s Immigration Practitioner Program. Since 2002, I have dedicated myself to serving those who aspire to call Canada their home. I am a proud Member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC), committed to upholding the highest standards of immigration practice.

🌟 My career took root within a well-established firm founded by the esteemed Bruce Ferreira-Wells, a former CIC immigration and citizenship officer. In April 2004, I became one of the first hundred registrants with the former regulatory body, the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC). Today, I proudly serve as a member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), ensuring that I stay updated and informed about the latest in immigration regulations and practices.

🛡️ Holding the specialized Class L3 RCIC-IRB – Unrestricted Practice license, I am authorized to represent you for hearings and appeals before all immigration tribunals, including The Refugee Protection Division (RPD), The Refugee Appeal Division (RAD), The Immigration Division (ID), and The Immigration Appeal Division (IAD). I specialize in various immigration categories, including Family Sponsorship, Express Entry Economic Class, Business Class, Refugee, Humanitarian and Compassionate cases, Appeals, ADR, Admissibility Hearings, and immigration tribunals.

📝 I prepare all our final submissions to Immigration Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and respond to all challenges from IRCC. With a background in banking and National Credit – Customer Service Management with Fortune 500 corporations, I bring a unique perspective to our daily business operations and staff management.

🗣️ Beyond our day-to-day work, I believe in giving back to the community and my profession. I’ve taught classes at Seneca College, actively participated in PeerHelp, The Immigration Consultant’s Listserv, and shared my expertise as a keynote speaker at CAPIC’s annual conference.
