🔑 Nurturing Families with Special Needs: From 2002 to 2006 in Toronto, as a Registered Social Worker, I extended settlement services to new immigrant families caring for children with special needs. My focus was on providing comprehensive support, including housing, employment, family assistance, behavioral and cultural guidance, and fostering connections within communities and organizations.

🌏 Bridging Gaps and Serving Needs: My journey continued in Calgary, where I carried forward my settlement services from 2007 to 2009. This endeavor revealed a crucial need for caregivers to support these families, sparking my commitment to address this concern.

📚 Expertise in Immigration Practice: My dedication led me to pursue the Immigration Practitioner Program at Bow Valley College from 2009 to 2010. During this time, I partnered with an immigration consultant, delving into recruiting and providing staff to employers while managing various immigration processes.

🔑 Licensed to Serve: In 2011, I obtained my license as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. L3J Immigration Consulting, Inc. was born, evolving from an employment agency to a licensed immigration consulting firm.
