My leadership abilities were further honed during my tenure at the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO), where I played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s research and development endeavors.

🌏 In 1992, I was chosen to lead the “Indo-Canadian Youth Exchange Program,” fostering international understanding and cultural learning between Indian and Canadian youth. My commitment to global cooperation and cultural enrichment has been an enduring passion.

🍁 My personal immigration journey brought me to Canada in 2006, and I swiftly transitioned into supporting Canadians as the Director of Employment Services at the YMCA of Greater Toronto. Here, I provided invaluable career counseling and employment assistance, particularly to newcomers.

🏆 I’ve earned two prestigious credentials along the way: the “Project Management Professional” (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in the USA and the “Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant” (RCIC) designation.
